Vicki is a Sunshine Coast-based birth and motherhood photographer with a heart full of love for family life. As a proud mother, wife, nanna, sister, aunty, and great aunt, she cherishes the beauty of a big, growing tribe. Vicki's passions extend beyond photography to travel, nature, animals, and the joys of creative expression through sewing and knitting.

Her journey into birth photography was sparked by a gift - her first camera in primary school. Capturing fleeting moments in time and the profound emotions they evoke has always fascinated her. As fate would have it, Vicki's own birth experiences with her three sons took place in an era when birth photography was virtually unheard of, leaving her with a heartfelt regret of not capturing those powerful and awe-inspiring moments.

However, life has a way of coming full circle. Vicki's love for birth photography was ignited when she was invited to support her son and daughter-in-law during the birth of her first granddaughter. At the time Vicki was studying photography and to her delight it was suggested that she also be their birth photographer. Vicki was living on the Sunshine Coast at the time and travelled to Melbourne to stay with them where they all excitedly waited right up until her birth at 42 weeks. In those precious moments, she discovered her calling, and her passion for documenting the miracle of birth was born.

With a background in nursing, Vicki has a unique awareness of the hospital environment, which allows her to blend seamlessly into the birthing space while being respectful and mindful of the emotions and needs of expectant parents.
