I’m an introvert, and I have come to see that as one of my greatest strengths as an artist.

I notice the things that can be easily missed - the glance, the touch, the stillness, the raw emotion between the bigger moments.

I don’t direct or interrupt. I observe. I listen. I hold space.

My work is about honouring your story as it unfolds, creating photographs that feel honest, intimate and true to your experience.

THE STORY BEHIND THE PHOTOGRAPHER

I became a mother at 21, and later a grandmother. Life has given me a front-row seat to the extraordinary, messy and beautiful seasons of motherhood.

When I photographed my first granddaughter’s birth, something shifted. I saw how quickly the moments disappeared — and how much of the story the person giving birth never gets to see.

That experience led me to birth photography.

Now I document these beginnings quietly and honestly, creating photographs that become part of your family’s history.
